POETRY FRIDAY

The people I love the best
jump into work head first
without dallying in the shallows
and swim off with sure strokes almost out of sight.
They seem to become natives of that elment,
the black sleek heads of seals
bouncing like half submerged balls.

The rest of the poem is here.

who do what has to be done, again and again."

Thanks, Carol! I'm tired to the bone, but this poem will help me lift the yoke and pull some more. (After I finish enjoying PF contributions!)
