You have touched upon a point that many of us feel at the end. Did we have enough juice to power up our writing when we were so exhausted from the daily work. Starting with Laura Shovan's February poetry and moving into slicing was a big leap of faith and now we are entering National Poetry Month. May we continue in good stead to refresh our writing and find joy.Carol Varsalonahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02589714711155938528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7724394291330902141.post-49132185139460427212021-04-01T07:18:02.794-06:002021-04-01T07:18:02.794-06:00Congratulations! At the moment I am not planning to write poems this month, but it's still early in the day on April 1 and I could entirely change my mind!Elisabeth Ellingtonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00747914394861199796noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7724394291330902141.post-91443065830213249282021-04-01T04:46:30.354-06:002021-04-01T04:46:30.354-06:00I always enjoy my stops by your blog and your writ...I always enjoy my stops by your blog and your writing. Some writers have style and voice, and you are one of those writers. I am completely fascinated by it. I'm not sure I could really define my style and voice, and I think it's important. So, like you worry, I'm not sure I'm writing well these days but I just keep putting my fingers to the keyboard. As you remind, April is National Poetry Month. I plan to give it a try again. I think I can imagine 30 days of posting. I will stop by to see what I discover in that time.

Thank you for your posts. They've been a delight. I'll be checking in on friends doing Poetry Month, but I just don't have the energy for another challenge. I often struggle with that privacy thing...if it's also part of my story, why can't I share? It's such a weird boundary.

Good luck on poetry! I want to take a shot, but I do feel it's a quick turnaround from slicing every day. Do you post your poetry on your blog each day?Britt Deckerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10213971224551378900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7724394291330902141.post-65207653191911538962021-03-31T21:18:16.015-06:002021-03-31T21:18:16.015-06:00I really like your slice recapping your month of w...I really like your slice recapping your month of writing. It's not boring at all. It's a good idea for the last day of the daily slice of life, looking back at the month to see what your writing has revealed – which is what writing does. Good luck with National Poetry Month. I'm going to try it myself.Red Emmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09299303107846517662noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7724394291330902141.post-11433236058329832572021-03-31T21:10:26.626-06:002021-03-31T21:10:26.626-06:00Carol,
